1. Reports of Violations of the Terms of Use

If you observe or have reason to believe that a user is violating the Terms of Use — for example by:

  • providing false qualification data (cl. 3.1, 3.3);
  • using the content for practical, experimental, or laboratory purposes (cl. 3.5, 3.6);
  • scraping, indexing, or extracting content via automated means (cl. 4.5.1);
  • using the content to train AI systems that directly compete with the Service (cl. 4.5.2–4.5.3),

please notify us with a description and, if possible, supporting evidence.

2. Copyright Infringement Claims

Pursuant to cl. 9.3 of the Terms of Use, any unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the content is prohibited. If you are a copyright holder and believe your work has been used unlawfully within the Service, please submit a written notice including:

  • identification of the work and the alleged infringement;
  • your contact details and signature (electronic signature is accepted);
  • a declaration that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We will take appropriate action within 7 business days.

3. Requests for Access, Correction, or Deletion of Personal Data

All requests under the Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR, and CCPA (including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability) must be submitted in writing. We will require identity verification before fulfilling your request.

4. Force Majeure Notifications

If you wish to notify the Provider of a force majeure event preventing you from fulfilling your obligations (e.g., payment), please do so in writing, accompanied by documentary evidence (e.g., medical certificate, official decision). Such notification does not automatically exempt you from obligations — the Provider retains discretion.

5. General Inquiries and Technical Issues

For matters not covered above — including technical issues with your account, access, payments, or functionality — use the same email address. Please include:

  • your username or email associated with your account;
  • a description of the issue and steps to reproduce it (if applicable).

  • No oral communication (telephone, video conference, etc.) is offered. All commitments are in written form.
